Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, we're here to help.
Returns: New, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@ehobbycraft.com to receive a return authorization number. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened paints, glazes, and chemical products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
