Shipping Policy

We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.

Shipping Methods:
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size and weight. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Processing Times:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Orders that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please see our returns policy below.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team through our Contact page
2. Include your order number and reason for the return
3. We'll provide you with return instructions

Please note that items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
