Transparent Base is a UV Protecting Base and Inter-Coat that maintains binder resin level while reducing Auto Air Colors pigment intensity.

Inter-Coat: Use as a protective coat over Auto Air base colors prior to taping, sanding or cutting.

May also be substituted for 4003 Reducer when balancing 4010 & 4011 reducers.
